3Pi-Con will be returning to the Clarion in West Springfield. Note that the name of the hotel has changed; it is now just Clarion, not Clarion Sovereign.

In order to register with the hotel, you will need to call them at (413) 781-8750. While they are not offering the discounted rate through their website, you can register through there and then call them to ask that they change your reservation to the con rate if you feel more comfortable with that.

Get your rooms today! The room block is being opened up on August 1; after that the hotel may sell out and no longer have rooms available. However, the con rate will be available up until the day of the con.

Getting There

From All Points East (i.e. Worcester, Boston, etc.):
Take the Mass Pike (Rt. 90) West to exit 4. Go through the toll booths to the left, towards Rt. 91 South. Follow Rt. 91 South to exit 13B. The ramp ends at a stop light. Go through the light onto Rt. 5 South. The Entrance to the Clarion is a few hundred yards down on the right side of the road.
From All Points West (i.e. Pittsfield, Albany, etc.):

From All Points North (i.e. Greenfield, Vermont, New Hampshire, etc.):

From All Points South (i.e. Connecticut, NYC, etc.):
Follow Rt. 91 North to exit 13B. The ramp ends at a stop light. Go through the light onto Rt. 5 South. The Entrance to the Clarion is a few hundred yards down on the right side of the road.
By public transit
Take the Peter Pan bus to the Springfield, MA stop. The P20 PVTA bus runs from the Peter Pan bus depot to the Clarion Hotel. You can find the schedule at the PVTA web site. The stop for the convention is the Riverdale Shops stop.
